1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. Subscriptions & billing

Paid access is billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Fees are described at checkout. You can cancel anytime from your billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, resell data without permission, or use it to violate any law or third-party rights.

4. Data & content

The Service surfaces publicly available signals about websites. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data, and it is provided for informational purposes only.

5. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StatPilot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
